Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion of your PostAIGen account data

To request deletion of your PostAIGen account and associated customer data, submit a request through the Contact page.

Include:

• The email address associated with your account
• Your business/account name

Never send passwords, API keys, access tokens, WordPress credentials, or other sensitive credentials in your request.

What happens next

PostAIGen will complete identity verification and verify your authority over the account before processing the request.

Once verified, eligible account information, publication content, temporary media, and connected-website data may be deleted or anonymized as appropriate.

Information that may remain

Limited information may need to be retained for legitimate operational, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, backup, or legal purposes. This may include audit records, AI usage/accounting records, publication transaction records, and security logs.

Access to retained information remains restricted. It is not retained for continued use of a deleted customer account.

Temporary publication images follow their existing lifecycle. Eligible content history is minimized after seven days when no longer needed for active work. Accounting, security, and audit records may remain under the applicable retention rules.
